Our history is naturally intertwined with our founding partner’s, Judy Chebet. Judy has been a lawyer for over 15 years, working in both the Public and Private sector, and providing legal support to numerous clients and businesses across East Africa. Chebet is an alumnus of the University of Manchester in England, from where she attained her Master of Laws (LL.M) degree, and the University of Nairobi, where she attended and obtained her undergraduate law degree, Bachelor of Laws (LL.B).
Today, we are a boutique law firm based in Nairobi, Kenya. We aim to assist our clients navigate and handle legal matters and effectively transact when doing business in East Africa. Our core team of eight, led by Judy Chebet, comprise lawyers, administrative assistants, project managers and paralegals. Our practise areas include Commercial & Corporate law, Intellectual Property law, Technology law, Personal Data Protection law, and Environmental law.
Our mission is to be our clients’ ‘go to’ professional service advisors and legal partners when and as they are doing business in East Africa.

Our firm and our team are members of professional as well as community groups and organisations, including The Law Society of Kenya (LSK), Kenya’s German Business Association (GBA), the International Trademark Association (INTA), Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (ICS) and Friends of Karura Forest (FKF). We also work with and assist Italian businesses and businesspersons in Kenya.
